Add me to the list of complainers. My "company store" won't even give me a try at a same model replacement. They say "phone is OK" when I complain about noise distortion and poor reception. The phone has some nice features, but they are useless if you can't hear what your caller is saying and your calls get dropped. I'm inclined to pay the penalty and change carriers, but at least I have some sympathetic souls in you guys... Its not "all in my head".
