u can view text messages sent to you while ur on a call; however, u can not send while u r on a call because it is 2 way sms and it uses the voice channel to send text. sorry. ☹️

I just purchased a used PM 8200. Can anyone tell me how to erase "recent messages"...not where the inbox/outbox messages are but on the screen where you actually type your text message (you can press options and it goes to recent messages...I would like to erase those) but can't figure out how to do this. Help! Thanks

no way to do it unless you, go to settings, security, and put in the last four of your phone number and reset phone
