has anybody experienced any problems with the phone not vibrating when the battery has been low..?

While I haven't had this problem because I don't use the vibrate mode, it seems to me that because causing the battery to vibrate takes a lot of power, the phone's programming would divert power to key/essential features of the phone, helping you to use the phone for the maximum amount of talk time. It's a guess, but I think a logical one.
