Not sure if this is your story or not but..my sons 6100 was acting weird (almost all white screen & the camera wouldn't "save") and I took it down to the Verizon store and they said it needed a new battery. So I got one and now it's fine. They also showed me what an "old" battery looked like vs. a new one etc. Very helpful. Good luck!!
