Can't put pictures on computer?

I have the correct USB Cable, and a USB cable driver disk supposedly for this phone installed. When I plug the phone into the front USB ports it isn't showing up? I am using Windows XP Pro. Can anyone tell me how to do this correctly, or link me to a solution? PLEASE REPLY if you have a fix... Confused
