Yes, I have. What ever you do. Don't get the Motorola V710. I was the first one in my local area, with USCC service, to get one. I got it just before Christmas. I hate it, there are a lot of little things about the phone that are not good and I've heard that if you are with VZ the phone is even worse. My mother was thinking about getting a new phone and she asked me about the V710 and I told her the same thing. Get any phone except the V710. The sales rep. that I got mine from also got one, we had been waiting for 6 months for USCC to get them in and neither one of us are pleased with the phone. She is thinking about getting the new Nokia that is suppose to be coming out sometime soon. I on the other hand don't have that kind of money to spend, but I am thinking about chucking my V710 in the trash and having my old V60 reconnected. That is just my two cents. DON'T GET THE V710.
