firmware update

Does anyone know if the firmware update is available in New Jersey? I e-mailed Verizon and they didn't know anything about the volume bug problem.

I got it on Long Island... call any vzw store and ask for the tech dept. Don't ask corporate.

Got the V02 update yesterday at the VZW store in Succasunna. Took about 1 hour...

Directly call the stores around you to get a quicker response than e-mail...
