i am not feeling fully satisified with the 6100. i have had it longer than the 15 days that verizon gives for the return policy. do think there is any chance that i could exchange it for a different phone?

I took back a CDM-9900 on the 16th day it was no problem to refund me. I guess it depends on who you get . . .
