I just got the phone today and the screen is not dark at all. You can always buy a higher mem stick. Check out their website for more answers to your questions. www.siemenswireless.com. Also, I highly recommend this phone even though I just got it today. It is really nice. There are just a few features missing that urks the heck out of me... but I think I can live with it.
