Grrrr I can not download ringtones or games onto my s66. Cingular tells me the phones is brand new and to give it time. Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't know if you still have a problem of downloading ringtones. But I just got the phone today and I downloaded a few ringtones from www.3gupload.com and it was fine.
