L1150 Infrared Feature

Does anyone know how to use the infrared feature on the L1150 to upload or download data and pictures? I have tried to follow the instructions and failed.

Sorry to break it to you....You can NOT take the pictures off of the phone....

From what an LG rep told me, Cingular/ATT elected to not allow this feature...They would rather you spend 40 cents to send it to your mail box 😲 😕 😈
