I just realized after reading through a review that there was no mention of the phone running on symbian. That really sucks. I thought it was going to be the perfect phone.

Yeah that sucks I know how you feel i though this was gonig to be like the p900 but lots more stuff but i was wrong. However you won't probably find the perfect EVER not till a long time at least, well its simply because there will always be something wrong with a phone with its the color to the size of the phone there will always be something wrong.

Don't get me wrong this is probaby the best phone out but theres lots of things that could be better like haveing a PDA but that can just not happen because they would have to make the phone bigger. Plus its service mite not be good or well at least where I live because gsm phones dont really have good service where I live so its just to bad for me.

actually, if the specs on sony's site are correct it will be running Symbian, since GSM phones that sync with Apple products require SymbianOS to do so!

Since when has the S700 going to have Symbian? According to the Sony Ericsson website right now it says nothing about Symbian.
