Hi...

My Sonyericsson K700i mobile often gives me a message

Incoming Item:
Free memory 30010 KB
Continue?

giving me an option to click 'Yes' or 'No'

This really gets on my nerves as it keeps on buzzing me at a regular interval due to which i have to put my mobile in silent mode. Sad
Is it because of memory space constraint? Please help
