Hi,
Actually no carrier has this phone, but you can order from SonyEricsson like I did and then use your SIM card from either ATT/CIngular or T-Mobile.
I am going to use it with ATT, but if you use it with ATT/Cingular and you live in the South, you may have tech. problems using it, b/c the bandwidth for some places in the South, especially Florida is 850Mhz and the K700 has a 900Mhz.
I have 2 phones, so if I find that I have problems when traveling to south, I will use other phone.
