Alot of the problem with getting the dcu-11 cable to work is in the z500a phone itself. The connectors inside the phone get lose and make a bad connection so that Sony's or Floats program wont get a connection. I found that if I jiggle(the only word I could think of) the cable while it was trying to connect, I would get a connection every time
