Blurry Pics

I get really blurry pics with my new SE T637.

Go to http://www.moblog.co.uk/blog/davekropf to see what my pics end up looking like. Do I have a bad phone or is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for any help!

My T637 also produces this "soft" appearance on captured images. I think it is just indicative of the SE camera. I love everything about this handset*, but do remark during my "reviews" that the camera could be sharper and cleaner.

As usual, lighting makes a substantial difference, as does distance from the subject. My better shots are with near-direct sunlight, and the camera hates fluorescent lighting even more than I do! Regardless of light, though, I have found it is best to wait a few seconds (if possible) for the camera to adjust itself before "snapping". This seems to allow the AI to "focus" under the present lighting and does reduce the "blur" or "fuzz" a wee bit more.

Hey all. undocumented feature. When in camera mode. you can adjust both contrast and brightness using the joystick. Hope this helps.
