I've been doing tech support for Sprint, for customers not able to make/receive calls & the bulk of the people I talk to are Samsung owners. Very rare are the calls I get for Sanyo phones having call making probs.

The only bad thing about sanyo phones is the
ear piece. The audio alway's sounds muffled.
Otherwise, they do make very good phones.
