I'm sorry that your friend got a lemon,.. stuff like that happens some time,.. but YOU are the one whom compared the V400 and V300 when you stated "These higher end Motorola flip phones were released around the same time as the Samsung E715 flip phone" and that "Motorola is always releasing old technology while the other companies have the new" and the only vaild comparison for the Samsung E715 be the V300 since they both are sold for T-mobile. And what's more important how long you can talk or how many days your can wait for a phone call w/o charging your phone?
