That is the most thoughtful reply I've seen on these forums - can't help and... can't help.

Soho received decent reviews, aside from its looks.

Go with the slider - all of its problems are already known. Or an even older Kyocera phone (if you like them so much). Unfortunately there are tradeoffs with these shiny new phones, so if you don't need the latest and greatest features, get a proven, older phone.

Why do us USC people always have to hear this comment, if it was the best I'm sure a lot of us would switch over to it, as it is around here verizon doesn't get service in many places whereas USC gets service everywhere...be careful about saying whos the best when you don't know all the facts, yes Verizon is everywhere, no USC is not, but then again USC covers more rural areas that Verizon doesn't. Also whereas USC actualy tests and retests their phones, Verizon tests them for a very small period of time, usualy a few weeks and releases them with several bugs and problems. This is shown right now with the v710....lets see it's on it's 2nd recall I belive where here at USC it'll be released in a week and more than likely be bug free...

USCC was also smart enough to handle the Kyocera battery recall 6 months before it became an issue, and hit the media, and is also smart enough to leave the manufacture software alone
