Koi Phone, and taking it apart

This is advice that all Agents, and non-Kyocera Certified Techs should take,, DO NOT OPEN THE "Koi", it is terriably complicated and should not be opened by some one who has not read every page of the 48 page disasemble manuel, and im being seriuos about 48 pages, it is very complicated and there are several parts that will come flying out at you if ypou are not carefull, and beside it will VIOD your warrenty.

luckly i am, have the "K" label to prove it, even the factory techs are saying this phone is a pain in the cester to work on

Do you work for VZW? If so where did you find the repair manual, is it on the intranet? Could you send me a path to get there? Thanks

i don't work for VZN, more of a certified 3rd party repair center. and the manuel is listed on the internet, but u have to have access to there server
