Ringtone doesnt work! IMPORTANT!

i downloaded a ringtone from a website to my phone but the ringtone only plays when my friend calls. It doesn't play when anyone else calls! Does anyone know how to fix this!?! please comment back if you have any idea why its not working. thanks a bunch!
