Hello -
Just go into your phone book. Choose the name of the person whose picture you want attached to it. Choose "Edit" (number 5 on my phone), then scroll down to "Picture." You will see the little cartoon person. Use the right and left scroll areas to browse the pictures in your phone book, then choose and save the pic.
Otherwise, if you have just snapped the picture, then keep the picture on your screen, choose "Options," then option 1 on my phone says something like "Add to existing contact." Choose that and then it will bring up your phonebook. Choose the name of the person you want the picture associated with, and save.
