how do u save pictures so that when that person calls her pictures pops up!! please help

hi

Please help me, i have had my phone for a week and dont understand it, i usually have a nokia but i decieded to try something new. all i need to know is step by step how you save people pictues so that when they call there photo shows up on the screen. i feel so dumb!! please help me!! love ya!!
