Vx8000 data trasfer problem
I have use qpst software to transfer data, after rington transfer to my phone, then I open the phone it doesn't show any rington, but it shows "service require". Can any one tell me what's going on and how to fix it

First thing... while the phone is powered on (without the AC adapter), remove the battery for 3 minutes. Then replace the battery and turn on the phone again.
Most times that will clear the problem.
Then, do a *228 over-the-air update.

thanks for the advice, but when I check my phone there is nothing there. So I try again now every time I transfer the file computer show everything is good, but my phone always come up with service require, and there is no transfer ring ton in my phone. My phone is by verizon, is there anything I need to do? Thanks
