reset vx8000?
my vx8000 is doing this thing where, when i turn it on, all i get is a white screen on both internal and external screens. i've turned it off, then turned it back on and i've tried taking out the battery while it's on and then putting it back in but that hasn't worked either.
so i'm wondering if there's a button or something that i can press that will manually reset it. is there anything i can do?

I had this happen to me after charging my phone, I was told to take the battery out while the phone is on... then press random buttons for a couple seconds. Wait for 30sec. then insert batt. and turn phone on. A verizon tech told me to do this.... He said the problem lies w/in the phones software. Good Luck
