all three were within the 15 days, I was lucky because 2 shut off in front of tech person at Verizion, they kept telling me I was overcharging (BS) The E815 is great recption and very reliable I have it over a week now,

I am at like 30 some days. I called Verizon and they told me I'd have to buy the Moto and that all phones they sell have the same signal strength and reception. They said they checked my area and agreed that it is a low service area, a mile away and it works fine. They won't let me switch to a e815 but they offered to waive my early termination fee for all 4 lines I have $175 X 4 !!! If I want to cancel. That makes sense huh. I just want to switch phones 2 weeks to late.

If you return a phone that is defective 3 times within a 30 day period they will offer you a comparable phone. I got the 8100 but had to pay $50 because at the time the 8100 was $50 more than the 8000. They look at the ...

Thanks for the tip, but I dropped Verizon today for Cingular. I'll post my reviews after I try it for a couple of days.
