Can someone explain the benefit of this feature, i have turned it on at night, but i only notice the screen gets slow motion looking. What is its purpose. Thanks

Well i was playing with it the other night and i notice that when i turned it on i could actually see what i was going to take a pic of in very low light situations. Its good for pics but it would suck for video. It also keeps the flash on just a little longer to get more light into the lens.
