Let me know if i am understanding this right, as long as the EV icon is on... and you download an app, you can then travel outside the EV area and the servivewill still work? Or am i way off, only asking because it is not avalible yet where i live. Thanks

You MUST be in a EV area when every you use VCast, start to finish. If you roam out of EV Coverage while in VCast it will stop working after the buffer runs out.
