Anyway to save a tune into the ringers section when it is over 30MB?

I found a great clip (maybe slightly longer than 30 seconds) and I emailed it to my phone. I went to save it and it said "file exceeds 30mb".

Is there a way around this-- I'd really like to use this as a ringer as it sounds great.
