LG VX-8000
problem with bitpim
This is really starting to piss me off. It happen with the lg vx6000 and bitpim. It works fine for the first few weeks and then all of a sudden it just stops working. I cant connect. I have the lg vx8000 and have been transferering mp3's and such since i got it...now all of a sudden it cant open the port. anyone else have this problem? how did u fix it?

Hi, I have been having that too, I just try a couple of times and it seems to work, Hey, why can't I add more that on MP3 into my tunes folder? Any idea?

are you saving the aod.dat file? then DELETING it? if you dont delete it ur just replacing the curent one. the AOD file remembers how many songs you have on tehre if you dont delet it then you wont get more than one. Don't worry once you restart the phone the aod.dat file will b back and now it will know you have 2 songs. Make sure u save and delete it anytime u want to add more songs. the AOD file is in the dload directory i think its at like the top.

hey dvose i've been able to use bitpim for pix and flix but i cant seem to get a full length mp3 in the tunes folder and I'm using the aod.dat and overwriting this file but it just freezes my phone when i try to play it.

How did you guys get bitpim to work with the lg 8000? i cannot get it to work at all. What type of phone do u select when doing the setting? the lg 8000 isnt available in the drop down menu to even select. Anyway if anyone can help me to get this bitpim thing to work it would be greatly appreciated.
