YES YOU CAN AND THE WITH THE SIDE KEYS YOU CAN SWITCH THE FLASH ON AND OFF WITH ONE TOUCH. YOU CAN ALSO USE THE VIDEO AND READ TEXT AND VIEW THE PICTURE GALLERY ALL WITH THE PHONE CLOSED.
