You almost make the phone sound redeemable. The fact is, as of yet, there are people who OWN the phone and are for the most part agreeing it needs work. Everything you said sounds great...except the 32 mb of ram isn't even enough to RUN programs, and there is constant talk of a required soft reset in order to clear it.
