MPX220 vs. RAZR V3?

Hey all. I got a Samsung T809 and was REALLY let down. I'm going to return it and have been salivating over this phone (MPX220) for a while. I'm a previous RAZR user, so I have a couple questions I'm hoping that some of you owners can answer.

1. Any loss of features on the unlocked phone? I am a tmobile user, so my phone will have to come from ebay unlocked.
2. Any wierd phone quirks? Shutting off? Dropped calls etc?
3. Do the Roms lock the phone to a specific carrier? I plan on getting the best/most stable ROM update once I get the phone, but I don't want to inadvertently lock my phone to Cingular.
4. I heard that the voice dialing doesn't work for bluetooth - has anyone trying with any of the newer roms? Voice dialing is software dep...

1. the only thing is that u will have to call tmobile and get the tzones settings. anyway unlcoked/unbranded is much better.
2. i have the black asian limited edition so mine works awesome. got it 2 weeks ago no problems.
3. is this the only update i dont know much about this.
4. i havent tried it yet
5. many of my friends have the razr personally other than the size it sucks. the ui or menu is garbage. trust me if u dont like complicated/dumb phone menus dont get it. plus the keys start to fall out. one of my freinds said that the keys fell out.
6. hell ya but watch out which phone u get do not get the cingular frimware/software phone becuase it sucks. Heard many problems.
