Activesync issues

Hey guys i recently been having problems with my activesync when it connects it says attention required so i click on the resolve issues and all it says cannot be synchronized, disconnect and reconnect, has anyone had similar issues if so how do i fix it, i had this same problem before and i fixed it but dont remember how i did it.

what you do is connect the phone (even if it says that message) and then open up your outlook on your computer. then go to the help tab. then go to detect and repair and follow the stuff that it shows you. that same problem just happened to me, but its all good now.
