Motorola MPx220

MPX220 locking phontos,tasks, folders

Is therea program that i can install to lock programs or files on the phone like i could on my V600. on the MPX220 the lock will only lock the comeplete phone. i can not lock each item like i could on the V600. also can i copy my address book to my mini sd card ?
