ROM updates changelogs?
I'm on official Moto 1.43 ROM and can see that there are couple of updated ROM versions available on Internet. I like to stay current but not sure wether upgrade worth potential problems.
Is there a change log accompanies new phones which will tell me what was fixed so I can evaluate if it's worth updating the phone?

Don't think so. If your phone is working fine, don't upgrade. If you have installed/downloaded any other programs, they will be wiped out. I would like to upgrade but I have too much time invested to try to figure out how to load everything again. My phone works great as is. And I have an earlier flash version.
