How do you restore the Speed Dial for #1

I deleted the Speed Dial for #1 (Reserved) trying to get my voice mail working. How do you restore this Speed Dial?

Start - 8 (settings) - 1 (phone) - 3 (call options).

Scroll down and re-enter your voice mail number - might have to call the carrier to get the numer. Mine is entered as "+1" then the 10-digit phone number for voice mail.
