yeah they sposed to have fix all the problems with it and relaunched it i am thinking about gettin it again i had it before but the problem was that i couldn't charge it any more so cingy sent me a v551 plus 350 credit

I highly recommend you get it. Then I suggest you upgrade the Cingular ROM from 1.43 to the international non-branded ROM 1.47 as the reception is most definitely stornger with 1.47.

I am glad to see that they think they have fixed all the bugs with this phone. I think that the first time it was launched at the wrong time. This phone is fully featured and still smaller than a lot of the camera phones coming out right now. It does have a hefty price tag but, that's what eBay's for right? I agree with gecko on the ROM version. I was fortunate enought to have purchased one earlier this summer with this ROM update and I have had NO problems what so ever. Alot of people complain about the spaeker volume and I know mine is a bit tin sounding. I think that they are comparing this feature to a lot of "walkie-talkie" phones which is a little unfair.
