MPX220 replacement

They are coming out a new version with better/update ROM. Was anybody here able to get your phone replaced by this new version?
I heard Cingular will replace it for you if you have a legitimate issue with this phone such as drop call, ear plug, reboot, etc

yes mine is on it`s way I had a lot of issues with dropped calls and they are sending me another one next week. 🙂

how would i go about replacing my mpx220,.. it randomly turns off,..like few times a month and i get dropped calls as well. Do i just call cingular customer service and demand a new phone or is thier a specific number to call. thx. any help would be appreciated. -abe
