Annoying beeping when placing a call

I have tried and tried, but I can't get this thing to stop the annoying beeping when placing a call. Any suggestions???

I got that almost every phone call while I was in colorado, but whenever it did that, it would say Call Divert Activated....it would never just be a beep

...

Problem fixed. It was another program I had on the phone doing it...
