New software
Where do I look in the menus to see what version of software I have and what is the full number of the new version so I can check my phone that I bought today

goto: start=>settings=>about=>rom update version=>manufacturer=1.30.0.0. got this one from cingular. best didn't have a clue when they were getting the updated phone.

Well something tells me you should contact Motorola Warranty Support and inquire about sending your phone in to be re-flashed with the new software so that problem goes away!
