Problem being recognized as Modem

ActiveSync 4.5, Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Ed. vs 4.21.1088
Mfg: 1.430.0.0

PC is running Win XP SP2

Everything seems OK with phone, except that I can't get my PC to see it as a modem.
Any idea what to do?
