Motorola V710
returning/exchanging new phone
I bought a v3m (gray) off the settlement site. Its still in the box and hasnt been used yet. I want to get the v3m (silver) but the admin said Id have to return it and buy it through My Account on the regular www.verizonwireless.com.
although, theres a few things Im not sure about:
1 - will the prices be the same? on the settlement site I was able to get the v3m for $119 with a 2 yr contract...but if I get it off the regular site, Im not sure if I will be eligible for that price, I may have to pay full???
2 - the settlement admin said to mail the receipt for the new v3m phone in with the returned v710 in order to get the proper rebate. my dilemma is that my v710 has already been mailed in?
