Getting a little concerned!!!

My paperwork was delivered to the Administrator almost 2 months ago, now. When I returned the first group of paperwork I was still with Verizon. Since then, I have moved to another provider. When I returned the 2nd set of paperwork, I included a letter explaining that I was no longer a VZW customer, and included a copy of the bill with the early term fee on it.
Do you think I am going to get my phone refund plus the early term fee? Did anyone else take this long?
