Question about the settlement exchange
Ok well i just got my packet and went to the website and picked out the phone i wanted and filled in my info and then it asked for a credit card to charge for the phone. The diffrence between the phone i want (treo 700p) and the price i paided for the V710 is only like $50
So are they going to charge my card $50 or $450 and refund me the the $400 later?
If its the later, how long does that take?

Please read the letter that came with the package...it clearly states that you will receive the full amount paid for the V710 if you send in the receipt along with the phone in the package. No receipt means only $200. You will be charged full price for whatever phone you choose and then within 30 days you should receive your refund check for the V710...11 step process on the sheet.
