It sounds like you wanna stick with Motorola. I got the LGVX9800 (The V) and I absolutely love it. Lots of gadgetry on this phone and I am into that. That may not be your cup of tea but that's just my suggestion.

same. I have the v3c right now, and Im fairly happy with it, but I want to see if I can get the v3m so I can use my transflash card...but I dont know if they are going to let me swap out my v710 for the v3m because I might have waited too long âšī¸

I too also let the papers sit and I missed out on the settlement. I can say that my V710 has been great. The only phone that I have had that was better was the silver Timeport from back in the day. I am deciding between the v3m, Q or LG9800. I may just get the v3m for free with my NE2 and either keep it as a backup or sell it.
