Also, with regards to the false advertising, who is liable for that? Moto or Verizon? Is it a loophole that they can get away with and say that the features are carrier dependant, knowing full well that VZW will be the only US carrier carrying the phone and will not support this feature?
And with a class action, will the final result be a $15 headset like the last one? At the end of the day, VZW just lost huge points in my book and come renewal time, I will not hesitate to drop their service for someone else.
