Does anyone know how to get the 'Verizon Wireless" off of the Main Screen? I would also love to get rid of the date, but that's not as important to me. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it!

No, I want absolutely nothing there, no banner no Verizon Wireless, nothing. In fact when I put anything in the "Banner section" it doesn't even show up.

I have been able to modify the ERI to not show this, but when a PRL update is done, it get's over written. On the vx7000 we were able to wipe it out permanently. This is a VZW thing, not Moto's...

So.. should we wait for the new LED to become integrated into the Motorola v710 so not ONLY do we get the CAMERA TILT fixed, but ALSO a new significantly brighter LED?

Or, is the warranty only good for 30 days?
