I also could not send pictures and they had to change something in my profile and now it works perfect. Maybe because my last phone was an original StarTac, I don't upgrade often!

i tried to send a midi and it didnt work but all the pics from my computer did!!! so thats good and bad!!!

I used the " itunes " software to shorten the mp3 lengths, but it looks like vzw pix set there limit to 358kb. However I could only send files as large as 267kb, w/ .mid extension.
Does anyone know how to send larger .mid files to the phone w/o extra hardware??? thanx.
