Not only is my phone's bottom flimsy.. but the ear part is very low and i have it on 7!!!

My father returned his because his bottom was flimsy....mine a little flimsy also,, i think its just how some were made (we got ours from the RS) also the volume is low on all of them, thats how the phone was made

Nah the ear part is clearly low even on max. I guess we'll just have to get used to it or use speakerphone more often.

move the phone around, it has to be positioned lower over your ear. With proper positioning, my volume is excellent.

are you talking about the hands free ear piece or on the phone itself??
